Personality:  Lucas always prefers to be called by his nickname of Luc, but he won’t get overly angry if someone uses his full name. 

He is a cheerful and laid-back person with a sharp mind, although this seems to come with the drawback of being hotheaded and impulsive. 

Very few things irritate Luc, but if he gets really irritated, it’s best to let him have his own space for a while. Luc generally prefers only to stay near close friends, but, other than that, he’s pretty much a loner. 

He is a very determined individual and never gives up, even in the face of defeat. Luc sees Zoids as partners and friends, rather than mindless machines.

Appearance: Luc is a lean, Caucasian boy, about six feet tall. He has mid-length, messy, spiky, blonde hair and midnight blue eyes. He wears a black t-shirt, blue jeans, and black sneakers, as well as a blue windbreaker, which he always keeps open in the front. He is not very muscular.

Backstory:  Luc grew up in your average household. His mother was a doctor at the nearby hospital, where she worked nighttime shifts. Luc’s father was a scientist for the ZBC, developing new Zoid armaments. This gave them a pretty high income, but not exactly rich. 

Luc did very well in school. Although not quite a straight A student, he usually got A’s and B’s. 

Luc became interested in being a Zoid pilot after he saw the final battle of the Royal Cup on TV when he was younger. He stared at the screen in awe as the Berserk Fury and Liger Zero engaged in their final clash. After that battle, he admired both Bit Cloud and Vega Obscura, vowing to one day become a pilot of their caliber one day. 

His parents supported him all along the way, and on is eighteenth birthday, he found his parents outside the house with a big surprise. The first thing he saw was the Gustav, pulling two trailers, each with a large object covered with a tarp on them. His dad removed the first tarp, revealing a blue Blade Liger, as Luc had always expressed a love of Liger-type Zoids. Next, the second tarp was removed, revealing a Deadborder, which his parents had picked due to his love of carnivorous dinosaurs. 

They revealed that the Blade Liger had been bought from the manufacturer, with money they had been setting aside ever since Luc decided he wanted to be a pilot.  The Deadborder was an old Zoid that was no longer being used by the ZBC, and they were going to scrap it, but Luc’s dad offered to take it off their hands for half the original price. As he had been of great service to the ZBC already, they gave Mr. Anderson the old Deadborder for nothing. 

And so, Luc’s journey as a Zoid Pilot began.

Battle Style: Luc is very good with Feline and Dinosaur Zoids, and is a great melee fighter, although he’ll use ranged weapons if needed. He sometimes uses unorthodox strategies and maneuvers. 

Weaponry: Luc carries a standard 9mm handgun in a holster on his waist, though he will only draw it in self-defense.

Interests: Like most children, Luc had a love of dinosaurs, but unlike most other kids he didn’t grow out of this. He also has an immense interest in the sciences, especially Chemistry, Physics, and Biology.  Luc also enjoys drawing in his free time.  He also just likes to work his mind, often thinking through complex problems and solving puzzles. Of course, he also enjoys Zoid battles.
