History:
Age 8: Hikari was born in a relatively poor town near the ocean where her family's dream was to pilot a Zoid. Her father's, her mother's, and her big brother's dream, only Hikari had no interest in it. During a trip to a city, their family took part in a Zoid festival. Her brother had a chance to pilot a Zoid, and was asked to hopefully become pro. Of course, her brother said yes without a thought, and her parents were happy for him. Though Hikari didn't understand what was so great about Zoids at the time, she couldn't help but cheer him on. Seeing him so happy, she began to appreciate Zoids a bit, though she had no thought of actually taking part in it still. At this time, their father had become bedridden.

Her brother had his miracle happen, he had a brief moment of happiness. He was becoming famous in the world of Zoids, he was growing up handsomely, he even had a girl he liked, but...he died.

Age 10: Her brother had took her and her mother to the beach next to their house that evening when he died. When the waves threatened his life, her mom instantly went to save him. Unfortunately, it took his life and her mom was injured in her leg. To make matters worse, her mom was in denial, constantly asking to see her brother's match. Her father was dying, and Hikari was growing into the temperamental, cold personality she has now. Her mother was slowly losing herself, denying that Hikari was her daughter, with her personality hardening, on top of denying her brother's death. Hikari wondered why her mom seemed to only focus on her brother, seeming to find Hikari see-through.

Age 18: Her dad died, leaving her alone with a mother who believed Hikari was a fake. Finally, Hikari couldn't stand it, she left during the night. Still, with her determined personality, she was set on making her mom look at her again, and she knew just how to do it. She instantly went to the city, and set her sights on being on the ultimate Zoid pilot, one where she would be talked about everywhere.
